Own the Traflinq platform end to end — from the web dashboards our customers run their operations on, to the APIs and data behind them.

Ship features across the Next.js web platform (admin, company and vendor portals) and the NestJS APIs behind it, from database schema to UI.
Build Traflinq Travel: multi-modal search, bookings, wallets, approval policies and invoicing.
Create live operational dashboards — maps, analytics charts and real-time trip tracking over WebSockets.
Shape architecture, code review standards, CI/CD and engineering culture as one of the first engineers.
Work directly with founders and customers to turn real operational problems into product.

Strong TypeScript across React / Next.js and Node.js / NestJS, with products shipped end to end.
Solid PostgreSQL and Prisma (or similar ORM), REST API design, authentication and role-based permissions.
Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS, data-heavy dashboards or internal tools.
An ownership mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast and wearing several hats.

Engineering

Build and scale the services that run corporate commutes and travel — routing, live tracking, contracts, invoicing and vendor reconciliation.

Design and extend NestJS services for bookings, shuttle trips and routes, contracts, vendors and the travel module (search, wallets, approvals).
Own the real-time location pipeline: Socket.IO gateways, geofencing, ETA calculation and distance accumulation, flushed safely to PostgreSQL.
Evolve a large Prisma / PostgreSQL schema with safe migrations, solid indexing and well-tuned queries.
Get money right: invoice generation (including PDFs), reconciliation against contracts and purchase orders, and fuel-variance detection.
Harden production: JWT auth, permission guards, rate limiting, distributed locks, scheduled jobs, monitoring and incident runbooks.
Integrate third-party services such as maps and distance providers, email, push notifications and cloud storage.

Proven experience building production Node.js / TypeScript backends; NestJS experience strongly preferred.
Strong PostgreSQL and ORM skills: schema design, transactions, indexing and migrations.
Hands-on with Redis, WebSockets / Socket.IO, background jobs and concurrency control (idempotency, locking).
Care for data integrity, testing and reliability — especially where billing is involved.

Engineering

Build the Traflinq mobile app used by employees, chauffeurs and shuttle drivers every day — live tracking, rides, boarding and business travel.

Build and maintain one role-based app with separate flows for employees, chauffeurs and shuttle drivers, using Expo Router.
Deliver ride requests and live trip tracking on maps, shuttle boarding with QR scanning, driver check-ins and business-travel booking.
Implement reliable background location tracking that balances accuracy and battery life.
Add real-time updates with Socket.IO and push notifications, with state that survives flaky networks (Redux Toolkit, redux-persist).
Ship through EAS: builds, over-the-air updates and App Store / Google Play releases.
Support English and Arabic with full RTL, and keep the app fast and accessible.

Production React Native and Expo apps shipped to the App Store and Google Play, written in TypeScript.
Experience with Expo Router, Reanimated, Gesture Handler and react-native-maps.
Comfort with native permissions and device APIs: location (including background), camera, notifications and secure storage.
Experience with real-time features and apps that must work on unreliable connections.
